This morning we join our half day City Highlights Tour of Adelaide, including St Peters Cathedral, the Adelaide Oval, North Terrace, Colonel Light’s lookout, Haigh’s Chocolate Factory and Glenelg. Afternoon at leisure, before enjoying dinner at our hotel (BD)

A full day at your leisure in Adelaide, you may like to join one of the many optional tours available or take time to wander around this beautiful city. (B)

SUN 9 JUN Adelaide to Alice Springs
Today we join The Ghan for our overnight journey to Alice Springs. Sit back and enjoy the facilities on-board whilst watching the scenery of Outback SA go by. Overnight: The Ghan (BD)

MON 10 JUN Alice Springs
On arrival into Alice Springs we will be transferred to our accommodation. This evening enjoy dinner as a group at our hotel. Overnight: Aurora Alice Springs (BLD)

TUE 11 JUN Alice Springs to Uluru
Journey through the West MacDonnell ranges, stopping at a camel farm and views of Mt Connor before continuing onto Ayers Rock Resort. Afternoon touring of Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) before enjoying a BBQ dinner and star gazing. Overnight: Desert Gardens (BD)

WED 12 JUN Uluru to Alice Springs
Early morning to experience the sunrise on Uluru, then time for a Cliimb or Base Tour, before our return journey to Alice Springs. Overnight: Aurora Alice Springs (BD)

THU 13 JUN Alice Springs to Darwin
Today we will tour Alice Springs, including visits to the Royal Flying Doctors Service, School of the Air and the Alice Springs Reptile Centre. Later today, we will be transferred to The Ghan for our journey to Darwin with a short stop in Katherine en route. Overnight: The Ghan (BD)

FRI 14 JUN Darwin
Arrive into Darwin this afternoon where we will be transferred to our accommodation. Overnight: Mantra Pandanas, 3 nights (BLD)

SAT 15 JUN Darwin
Morning at your leisure before joining our city sights tour of Darwin. Highlights will include the Chinese Temple, Botanical Gardens, East Point Military Precinct and Stokes Hill Wharf area. (B)

SUN 16 JUN Litchfield National Park
This morning we will depart for our full day tour of Litchfield National Park. Highlights will include Florence Falls and Wangi Falls. This evening we will enjoy a group dinner at our hotel. (BLD)

MON 17 JUN Darwin to Broome
Today we will be transferred to the Darwin Airport for our flight to Broome (via Kununurra). On arrival we will be transferred to our accommodation. This afternoon is at your leisure before our group dinner tonight. Overnight: Mercure Broome, 3 nights (BD)

TUE 18 JUN Broome
Morning at your leisure before joining our Broome Sightseeing Tour, highlights will include Chinatown, Matso’s Broome Brewery, the Japanese cemetery and then a relaxing stop at Cable Beach to enjoy the famous Broome sunset. (B)

WED 19 JUN Broome
Today is free for you to enjoy at leisure. Perhaps take an optional day tour to the Pearl Farm or Geikie Gorge (additional cost). (B)

THU 20 JUN Broome to Perth
This morning we transfer to Broome airport for our flight to Perth. On arrival in Perth we will be transferred to our accommodation. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure before our group dinner tonight. Overnight: Goodearth Hotel, 3 nights (BD)

FRI 21 JUN Perth
Today we will explore Perth on a half day tour which includes a visit to the Kings Park Botanic Gardens, a chance to explore the historic port of Fremantle and a cruise on the Swan River back to Perth. (BD)

Today is free to explore Perth at your leisure or take one of the many optional day tours available (additional cost). (B)

SUN 23 – TUE 25 JUN Perth to Sydney
This morning we board the Indian Pacific for the next 3 days travelling across the longest straight stretch of railway in the world, the Nullarbor Plain. Overnight: Indian Pacific, 3 nights (BLD)

WED 26 JUN Sydney
We arrive into Sydney today and bid farewell to our fellow passengers. Make your way to our hotel on the last leg of our wonderful Australian Holiday experience, enjoying 2 nights in Sydney at your own leisure. Overnight: Marque Hotel Sydney, 2 nights (B)

THU 27 JUN Sydney
Explore Sydney today. Perhaps join a half day city sights tour or the many cruise options available on Sydney Harbour. (B)

Prior to this, she was State Manager for 14 years, with well known international coach company, Trafalgar Tours. Shirley easily develops relationships with people of all ages and has enjoyed escorting numerous groups of travelers both within Australia and overseas. GENERAL INFO & BOOKING CONDITIONS

Deposit: A deposit of $1000 per passenger is required at the time of booking.

Full Payment for your holiday will be due 65 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 65 days of departure, will require immediate payment. Credit card payment will incur a surcharge of 1% for visa and mastercard payments. Pensioner prices are valid for holders of either centrelink pensioner cards or commonwealth senior health care cards. Senior prices are valid for holders of great southern railway senior cards. Application forms are available from your consultant for this card. 

Travel Insurance is recommended to cover the cost of cancellation due to illness, loss of luggage, travel delay etc.

Minimum Tour Numbers are required for this tour to run at the advertised cost. If 20 passengers have not booked by 65 days prior to departure then it may be necessary to either cancel the tour or offer similar arrangements on an unescorted basis Hosting will occur from the state exceeding 15 passengers. Should the number be below this then hosting will begin from Adelaide.

Share Stranger may be available if there is another traveller of the same sex who also wants to share with a stranger, however should no match be available the single price will apply.

Cancellation fees will apply. Once bookings are confirmed a cancellation fee of $1000 per passenger will apply. Cancellation within 65 days of departure will incur a fee of $1000 per passenger plus any additional charges imposed by principals involved in operating the tour. Therefore, the cancellation fee may be up to the total cost. No itemisation of tour costs can be given.

Refunds are not available should you not utilise any sightseeing tours, accommodation, meals or other service listed as an inclusion in this tour.

Responsibility: The Australian Holiday Centre is the tour organiser. We act only as an agent for passengers in the making of arrangements with carriers, hoteliers and others for the tour. As a result we cannot accept liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise of those suppliers. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our control.

Limit of Liability: We always do our best to make sure your arrangements are satisfactory, however, most of the goods and services offered in the featured packages are supplied by third parties. We act only as an agent for those suppliers.

To the extent permitted by law, the Australian Holiday Centre excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to physical and psychological injury, and loss or damage to property of whatever nature) that may arise in any way in connection with the offer of goods or services by us or any third parties, or in connection with the supply of such goods or services. If the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) or any similar law implies a condition or warranty that cannot be excluded, the liability of Australian Holiday Centre for a breach of the condition or warranty will be limited as determined by us in its absolute discretion to:

(a) In the case of goods any one or more of the following:
• the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
• the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and

(b) In the case of services:
• the supplying of the services again; or
• The payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Events Beyond Our Control: We do not accept any liability of whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
